What is the service life of the knives of the chippers?

In the category Wood chippers

The chipper knives of the Jo Beau chippers are made of a special hardened steel that has an efficiency between 30 & 80 working hours before they need to be sharpened. These hours depend on the type of wood, how dry the branches are, if they come into contact with pebbles and also soil or sand of course speed up the wear rate. The knives are produced in-house. The original JO BEAU knives can be recognized by the engraving of the name JO BEAU as well as the serial number of the set of knives. Each cutting edge can be sharpened up to four times. In other words, your knives can chip around 640 working hours before a new set of knives must be installed
